As a valued part of the PacTec, Inc. family, I appreciate the trust you place in us and our products to help you conduct your business. Like you, we are actively monitoring the rapidly developing global situation of the COVID-19 (coronavirus). Please find pertinent information below about how PacTec is handling the situation.

As always, human safety is our top priority, so out of an abundance of caution we have taken the following immediate steps:

  • Any employee not feeling well will remain at home and consult with their physician and with us
  • We are employing “social distancing” and avoiding physical contact (including handshakes)
  • Business travel has been temporarily suspended, and previously scheduled business meetings are being conducted by phone or video where possible
  • Any employee who has recently traveled to high-risk coronavirus areas has been asked to self-quarantine at home for 14 days as a precaution

There are currently no presumptive cases near us, so we are operating our business as usual. If this changes, our business continuity plans include telecommuting capabilities, so we can continue to take and fulfill your requests for information and orders. We will also engage our external warehouses to ship product to you in a timely fashion in the event we are unable to do so from our manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters in Louisiana.

Furthermore, I want to reassure you that we are experiencing NO delays in shipments from our production facilities, we have ample stock already on our shelves and have over 75,000 square feet of domestic production capabilities to meet your needs.
