An ISO 9001 Certification is an internationally recognized standard used to certify quality management systems (QMS). PacTec has been an ISO certified manufacturer for years, first as ISO 9001:2008, then updated to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. We review our quality management system at planned intervals with the assistance of auditors, regulators, and consultants to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system, looking for opportunities to both modify and improve the system, policy and objectives in order to increase customer satisfaction.
