One of our corporate office's bubbliest personalities is PacTec's Administrative and Credit Manager, Mandy Nettles. With a title like that, you could only imagine how much territory she covers; however, the most vital function she provides is credit & collections.
While extending credit is her forte, she sometimes forms the superpower of collections and morphs into our in-house collection’s agent. Also, to make our payment process more effective, Mandy implements the use of ACH and online payments.
While effectively maintaining our credit practices, Mandy supervises a fantastic team whose jobs include order entry and processing, customer service, and credit analysis.
Mandy is a graduate of Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also completed her Master’s in Public Administration at Louisiana State University.
Mandy brings to PacTec many years of experience, most recently as Business Manager of the School of Veterinary Medicine at LSU. On top of all of that, she is currently pursuing a third degree in Accounting. Can you say overachiever? Saying we are super proud of her would be an understatement.
In the very sparse moments of free time she has between work and her studies, Mandy excitedly cheers on her son and daughter in various sports/activities (baseball, football, basketball, cheering & singing). Plus, she loves taking her golden retriever Gunner on long walks in the woods where her family will soon be breaking ground on new home construction. Rest assured; she will be watching that budget closely.
Mandy recently celebrated her eight years of service with #teampactec, and we hope to enjoy her for many years to come.
