On Monday, October 21, employees of PacTec, Inc. of Clinton, LA participated in East Feliciana Parish’s awareness and fundraising events in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. Employees wore pink for the day, made donations, learned facts about the disease, and shared stories about loved ones affected. Our overseas workers even helped support the cause by going pink in the Philippines.

“This is a worthy cause for our staff to rally around as we’ve all known someone affected by the disease,” commented Mike Schilling, President/CEO. This is one of many corporate fundraising efforts supported by the employees of PacTec.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and according to the American Cancer Society, Louisiana has one of the highest cancer mortality rates in the nation.
